Troubleshooting Bring a Friend Code issues

If you are having trouble using a Bring a Friend code, here are some common reasons and what to check:


1. Booking a Premium Class (e.g. HYROX)

Bring a Friend codes do not apply to premium programming classes such as HYROX or other specialty sessions. If a member attempts to use the code for one of these classes, it will not be accepted.


2. Code Has Already Been Used

Bring a Friend codes are one-time use only.

If the app displays an error message, it may mean the code has already been redeemed and cannot be used again.


3. No Option to Enter a Promo Code

If there is no field available to enter a promo code at checkout, this is usually due to a studio setting in the backend. Please contact the studio directly so they can review and update their settings if needed.


Still Having Issues?

If the problem continues, please provide the studio with:

  • The Bring a Friend code being used

  • The email address of the person attempting to redeem it

  • The date and time of the class they were trying to book


This information will help the studio investigate further with HQ.
