For any member registered for FIT Rewards before January 30, 2026, we will add 2026 Loyalty points to their account!
When will I get my points?
Bonus Points will be credited to your account at the start of February 2026.
Eligibility:
FIT Rewards is currently only available for Mindbody studios.
To be eligible for the New Year Bonus, you must:
- Must have already been registered prior to January 30, 2026.
- Must still be registered on January 30, 2026; i.e. if you were registered then opted out prior to this date, you will not be eligible for the bonus points.
- Subject to FIT Rewards Eligibility rules. To be eligible to join FIT Rewards you must be on:
an active unlimited membership,
an active limited membership,
A Trial or
Class packs with remaining visits
How do I register for FIT Rewards?
In the F45 Training app you can either use the FIT Rewards Widget on the home page or go into your Profile > FIT Rewards to start the Opt-In Flow. Here you will opt into the program and get a short walkthrough before completing registration!
