Class counts is a feature for the F45 Training app, designed to show you how many classes you’ve attended at your current studio.
You can find this in the PROFILE section of the F45 Training app. Tap your Profile picture to view your Class counts card.
By attending classes at your studio, you’ll earn new attendance badges with new goals to reach, whether it’s your 1st Workout badge or your Club 1000 badge.
We’ve worked hard to deliver functionality that not only provides you with clear insight into your visits but is more accurate than any other app that has displayed this information.
You can click the ‘detailed breakdown’ button on the class count page to see your total bookings and the values deducted to reach the true class count.
The F45 Training app may show a class count for your selected studio and, where available, a Global class count. Your selected studio class count reflects classes linked to the studio currently selected in the app. Your Global class count reflects your broader class count across studios where applicable. If both numbers are the same, the app may only show the selected studio count and hide the Global row so the same number is not repeated.
Note:
- Class counts are currently only supported for Mindbody studios. Studios using Glofox are not yet supported for class counts.
- The Global class count row will not appear if your studio count and global count are the same number — this avoids showing a duplicate figure.
- The Global class count row will not appear if your currently selected studio uses Glofox as its booking provider, as Glofox attendance data is not yet included in the global count.
- Classes attended at studios that have since closed are not included in either your studio or global class count.
