Can I get a refund for my unused classes or membership fees if my studio has closed?

If your local studio has closed, we would be happy to assist you in finding an alternative F45 studio nearby. We encourage you to check our studio locator tool here. For any billing issues, please contact the respective studio directly as we are unable to process refunds on behalf of franchisees.
