:large_orange_circle: LionHeart Reports Currently Unavailable in App
We’re aware that LionHeart reports are currently not displaying in the F45 Training app for some members. Our team is actively working to bring this back online.

:hammer_and_wrench: What’s happening: Reports are being made visible progressively over the next 24 hours.
:inbox_tray: No data has been lost — if members completed a workout during this period, their report will appear once the sync is complete.

My bookings are not showing

If you notice you're bookings are not appearing in the My Bookings tab, it may be because they have not synced yet.


If you have booked a class in other booking apps, it will take time for the booking to appear in the app visually. The booking is still booked however may not show right away. We expect bookings to sync and appear in the F45 Training app within 24 hours. 


We recommend continuing to book from the F45 Training app directly, your bookings will appear as expected in the app.


If after 24 hours your booking does not show, please reach out to your Studio who can raise a ticket with us.


Note: The Previous bookings tab does not show late-cancel or no-show bookings.
