The Consistency Board records your daily scores and calculates a weekly total. Additional bonus points are awarded if your daily score is close to the target. The closer you are to 45 points, the more effectively you are training based on your biometrics and the expected effort required for that specific workout.
Scores within five points of the target receive a +10 bonus
Scores within three points receive a +15 bonus.
This board emphasizes regular participation while rewarding steady performance near the target.
