Booking Issues, Errors and Troubleshooting

If you have trouble booking a class or are receiving an error saying that you don’t have an active membership, try the steps below.



Check 1: Check you've selected the correct Studio

  1. Tap TRAIN > Book tab.

  2. Your currently selected studio will be displayed in the top right corner. If this is incorrect tap to change it.

  1. A Studio list will appear; these studios are those that you’ve attended or browsed in the past. Tap the studio you wish to book with to set it as your current studio.

  1. Try to book your class again.


Check 2: Check your App email matches your Mindbody Email


In the F45 App,

  1. Tap your Profile picture > Settings > update Details > Contact details
  2. Check your email address is the same email address connect to your Studio's Mindbody account. 

If the email is different, contact your studio asking which email they have on file. They may need to merge your accounts if they have multiple email addresses on file.


Check 3: Contact your Studio
