The Discipline Board calculates the percentage by which each workout score aligns with the daily target. A perfect score of 45 (or 60, depending on class length) results in 100%. The further your score is above or below the target, the lower the percentage.
To have a weekly total appear on this board, you must complete at least three workouts within the week.
This board highlights accuracy in meeting the intended training load irrespective of the number of days you work out.
