When can’t a ‘Friend’ use a Bring a Friend code at a studio?

A ‘Friend’ is not eligible to use a Bring a Friend code at a studio if they have ever:

• Completed a trial
• Held a membership
• Bought any class pack (time-based or visit-based)
• Attended via ClassPass
