FIT Rewards issues and Support - Members

Support and issues with any rewards in the FIT Rewards Store can be resolved via our third-party partner. Provide the partner with all relevant information so they may assist you efficiently. 

  • Studio name
  • F45 App account email
  • The reward you redeemed
  • A description of the issue
  • Any screenshots of error messages or screens that help explain the situation.


Refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of the reward partner and are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

“Done” Button Greyed Out During FIT Rewards Activation

Some members on Android devices may encounter a greyed-out “Done” button when attempting to activate FIT Rewards in the F45 Training app. This prevents them from completing the activation flow.

Affected devices: Primarily reported on Android (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S22). iOS devices are not currently confirmed as affected.

Workarounds to try first:

  • Log out and back in to the F45 Training app
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app

If the issue persists after the above steps, please contact your studio and ask them to raise a support ticket.

Note on points backdating: FIT Rewards points are not backdated. Points will begin accumulating from the date your account is successfully activated.
