What Does Being Above The Target Indicate?

Scoring above the target indicates that your effort during the workout was higher than planned. Overtraining places additional stress on the body and the cardiovascular system and reduces the efficacy of workouts over time.

Members who consistently get 45 points are more likely to see fitness and physiological benefits compared to those who regularly exceed the target for the same number of classes.

This can increase fatigue, reduce recovery between sessions, and raise the risk of injury.
