Support and issues with any rewards in the Loyalty Rewards Store can be resolved via our third-party partner. Provide the partner with all relevant information so they may assist you efficiently. 

  • Studio name
  • F45 App account email
  • The reward you redeemed
  • A description of the issue
  • Any screenshots of error messages or screens that help explain the situation.
