As a member, how can I reset/remove/forget my LionHeart device from my account

If you're looking to reset or remove your heart rate device from your account, you can do so in the F45 Training App by following the steps below.

Step 1: Tap on your Profile Photo in the top left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select LionHeart from the list of options.

Step 3: Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen to access more options.

Step 4: Confirm that you want to remove the device from your account.

And that's it! Your device is now removed from your account and you can start fresh with a new device or simply take a break from tracking your heart rate.

This process does not remove any LionHeart data from your account.

If you have any issues or questions about removing your device from your account, don't hesitate to contact your studio who can also remove your device.
