I did not receive a workout report

No Report Received for Your Workout? Here's What to Do
If you're missing a workout report, don't worry, we've got you covered with a simplified process to help you access your performance data.

STEP 1: Wait and Check

You can wait up to 24 hours and then check both the F45 Training app and your email to see if you have received the workout report. To check in the app, navigate to 'Track' and then select 'LionHeart' to view your latest workout report. This period allows for any system processing or delays that might affect the delivery of your report.

STEP 2: Submit a Support Request

If after 24 hours your workout report is still missing in both the app and your email, it's time to let us know. We ask that you submit a support request by filling out the form below.
