LionHeart Report Delays

LionHeart reports are currently experiencing processing delays. Recently completed workouts may take longer than usual to appear in the F45 Training app.

Our engineering team is actively working to process all pending reports as quickly as possible.

How do I reset my F45 Training app password?
To reset your F45 Training App password, follow the steps below:

1. Open the F45 Training app
2. Enter your Email Address
3. Tap Forgot password?
4. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you’re already signed in to the F45 Training app:
1. Open the F45 Training app
2. Tap the profile icon (top-left corner)
3. Tap the settings icon (top-right corner)
4. Select Update Details under the Settings section
5. Tap Change Password
6. You will receive an email with instructions to update your password

My logins are not working for F45 x Mindbody or Glofox Apps, how can I fix this?

You will need to use the Find a Studio page to contact the studio to update your login details.
