How do I sign up for F45?

You can sign up for F45 by visiting our website and selecting a studio near you. From there, you can purchase a trial offer, membership or class package.

To book an F45 class, log in to your F45 account and select the class you want to attend. You can also book classes using the F45 Training app or via the F45 Training website.

What time are classes?

As F45 is a franchise with each studio independently owned and operated, the class timetable may vary slightly depending on the location. It would be advisable to contact your local studio directly for assistance in booking a class at a time that suits your convenience.
